Always a great experience with Nick, he really takes his time to explain everything to me and I appreciate that a lot.
Great customer service, high price but they don't jerk your chain or do work you don't need. I did have to wait almost 3 hours for a part that I was told would be 20 mins to install cause they ordered the wrong part but people make mistakes, and was teased with a free oil change about it since I was dealing another person instead of Ron he is great tho.
The whole service team at Faulkner is great!
