Second time taking my car for an oil change. They are supposed to clean and vacuuming the car, they didn't. The temperature outside was 41°( wasn't cold). They always have an excuse for their laziness. Just do the right job if you want to keep your customers. Jiffy lube does a better job!
If I could rate this 0 stars I would. Faulkner’s service center is so neglectful they are dangerous. I bought my car from them 3 yrs ago and my car has spent more time in their shop than it has been on the road. Over the last 8 months, my car has been in 3 times for a vibration when on the highway. I am a travel nurse with 2 kids and 1 on the way. It wasn’t until the third time and now passed my warranty, that they some how miraculously now figured out what was causing the vibration and ruined my tires. I had it in 3 months ... read more
