The dealership and the experience was good overall. The drawback is that I got my vehicle back with a broken windshield, which cost a deductible to have fixed. I immediately showed the broken windshield to 3 people, before ever leaving the lot, and was told to call it in, as they were closing in 2-3 minutes. I called over and over but was never helped. and gave up. The vehicle was also dripping transmission fluid in my parking space for days and the underside of the vehicle was wet after the transmission fluid was replaced. ... read more
I took my Challenger in for an oil change and tire rotation. Paul was able to get the services completed and put the door in about 40 minutes! I appreciate how quick and thorough the service is!
Service is overwhelmed and unresponsive to calls and texts. Had to call sales department to reach someone in service to find out status of my truck. Also, they did not address the main issue I had taken the truck in for. On the phone they said they didn’t have time to run the diagnostics, in person they said they could not recreate the problem. Yet the problem occurred right as I pulled out of their parking lot. Not happy with this experience at all.
I’d have to say this was one of the most satisfying service experiences so far at Thai dealership, the reservation process was smooth and Advisor Taylor was super patient, friendly and professional.
