The dealership and the experience was good overall. The drawback is that I got my vehicle back with a broken windshield, which cost a deductible to have fixed. I immediately showed the broken windshield to 3 people, before ever leaving the lot, and was told to call it in, as they were closing in 2-3 minutes. I called over and over but was never helped. and gave up. The vehicle was also dripping transmission fluid in my parking space for days and the underside of the vehicle was wet after the transmission fluid was replaced. ... read more

I took my Challenger in for an oil change and tire rotation. Paul was able to get the services completed and put the door in about 40 minutes! I appreciate how quick and thorough the service is!
