I’m jealous of those here who have had good experiences—particularly with the two Mikes. I wish my car and I had been assigned to one of them. Sadly, my car and me were instead assigned to Reggie, who gets nary a mention in these reviews. That’s just as well for Reggie, for whom any reviews would not be kind. I called about an oil change and i stop by by this location . First in line and nobody helped me for around 40 minutes !!!! They sad to wait for a service guy to come out…another guy come and told me to go to the desk to ask about help… looks like they don’t know what they are doing !!! 6-8 customers come after me and get helped !!! Very frustrating when you are coming first and nobody helped you … I will never ever come back to this location!!!!
Had a great experience at Toyota of Eden’s service center for an oil change. Tom Morris was professional, friendly, and made the whole process easy and smooth. Everything was done on time with no hassle. Definitely recommend asking for Tom!
Michael Sullivan was excellent to work with. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered my questions, and never pressured me into anything. I genuinely felt well taken care of. Highly recommend.
I brought my RAV4 to this Toyota service center for an oil change and brake replacement. After the service, the vehicle was driven without engine oil, and it was later determined that the engine began knocking and ultimately failed. It appears the technician drained the old oil and forgot to add new oil, which is an unacceptable and basic error for any professional service department.
