I walked into Toyota of Runnemde on 12/3/2011, and was not expecting to trade my 2008 Honda Civic LX 4dr for a new 2011 Toyota Prius-2 hybrid auto. I worked with Nancy Lynch and William DiBernardino (mostly with Nancy), and was able to "make a deal" (great trade-in amount & awesome new car price!) My wife and I leased our new Corolla from Toyota of Runnemede last Friday. This is the fourth vehicle that we have purchased and/or leased from Toyota of Runnemede and have always had a positive experience. Our salesman, Jeff Mekal, was a real gentleman and made it a point to get the deal done without making us feel pressured. I recently decided to use this dealership for my automobile service. They have improved their service at this dealership and I was pleasantly surprised. They provided me shuttle service back to my residence. The service technician was honestabout what was needed, and upfront about the cost which I really appreciate. They also did not try to upsell me on things that were not needed, in fact, one repair was just labor for a piece in an assembly that came loose.
