I take my grandmother‘s vehicles in for service when she isn’t available to do so. Every time I come in, they always give me the runaround in the service department two times in a row. I have been to the service department for the same problem within three weeks because they half ass do the job. I have a warranty on four of my Yokohama tires and I should not be given the runaround to have roadside coverage covered. I have been at the dealership this morning on a Friday since 7:45 AM. Had a bit of a freak accident with my seatbelt buckle where something got stuck in it and it wouldn’t buckle. I happened to be near this dealership. My car isn’t even a Toyota but I pulled in hoping to get help. Justin at service allowed me to pull my car into the service area. Then Steve came over and got to work. He spent about 15 minutes working on the seatbelt and was able to get the item out. I was so grateful for the help that I was given even though I wasn’t a customer; I can only imagine what great service they offer... read more
