Had a bit of a freak accident with my seatbelt buckle where something got stuck in it and it wouldn’t buckle. I happened to be near this dealership. My car isn’t even a Toyota but I pulled in hoping to get help. Justin at service allowed me to pull my car into the service area. Then Steve came over and got to work. He spent about 15 minutes working on the seatbelt and was able to get the item out. Be wary of overpriced and unneeded recommended services. I went in for an oil change in January and got the usual laundry list of additional recommended services. I was told that some of these services “required immediate attention.” I try to do as much maintenance as I can myself but I still take a look at the list to see what might need to be done.
