Everybody was nice start to finish. They got me in on time explained everything. I really appreciated the video they sent showing me my car’s underside as they were inspecting it. I will always get my car serviced here.
We broke down 300 miles from home and Ryan on the service desk at Team Chevy in Valparaiso, IN took exceptional care of us!
Ryan took care of me, but the only thing that bothered me, was the fact that I had to pay 2 diagnostic fees and one of the problems there needed to be fixed costs less than what the diagnostic fee was. I still had to pay the diagnostic fee
