Today I'm changing my original post even though I rarely do this but this time I think it is well deserved. After speaking with the service manager directly he offered me an apology and then insisted on making the situation right. Since then everything I had an issue with has been resolved. He definitely want above and beyond to make sure I was happy and completely satisfied with the outcome.
