Horrible service department. Mechanics have ZERO idea what they are talking about when it comes to the cars they are supposed to be repairing. Had to diagnose my own vehicle and have been lied to three different times now. Including about prior damage to my car...That they repaired, but is now worse than previous. Do not buy anything from Stuckey.

Stand by you saying you have skilled people to work on "any make or model of vehicles". I called the service department today about the issues I am having with my 2016 Toyota Camry which I bought off of you and I was told by the girl that I spoke with that I had to call a Toyota dealership and have them take care of the issues. She told me that your dealership can not do that work and I told her we bought a warranty through your dealership for the car and she still told me I had to take it to a Toyota dealership. They stand behind their words, Stuckey Satisfaction. I bought a Jeep from them a year ago the warranty ran out, I had a problem and thought I had to the end of the year. They still made it right. I will Definitely recommend them.

We purchased a Jeep Renegade from Stuckeys 3 weeks ago. I discovered what I thought was a paint problem. We live 1.5 hours away but I drove up to see is they could help. Staff was fantastic at the collision center, Mary was very courteous. Turns out it wasn’t a paint issue, but a much simpler fix. Took care of me and was back out the door. It was 3 Hours to the collision center, and 3 back, an hour past the dealership, but was worth the peace of mind.
