I have had great service at the Kia Service Center. Very welcoming staff. Made sure the services on our car were to be done. Escorted me to the lounge area and offered me coffee. They followed up with text messages to let me know the progress on the work being done. When completed, they walked me to my car and thanked me for choosing them for my service. Again great service. Very welcoming staff. Just routine service for oil change. Excellent follow-up on the services completed.
Best service anywhere! Rick in the service department is a veteran and great human being! Rick Hawk is an outstanding salesman who is honest to a t- i recommend him and both Rick's to everyone I know! For the record- I've owned 4 brand new Kia's and bought 1 Hyundai for my son. They've earned my respect! I BRAG about their service- true story! Give them a try!
Bought a brand new 2021 Kia K5 and the engine needed replaced at 76k miles. Kia refused coverage under warranty which is out until 100k miles. Communication with this dealership is extremely difficult. I DO NOT reccomend purchasing a vehicle here, especially a Kia.
I trust Lujack Smart KIA completely. Rik, my service representative is straight forward and does a great job. I've used Des Moines KIA (so-so) and Mission KIA in the Rio Grande Valley where I live, (they are incompetent and don't respond well), but Lujack Smart KIA is clearly the best.
