Bought a brand new 2021 Kia K5 and the engine needed replaced at 76k miles. Kia refused coverage under warranty which is out until 100k miles. Communication with this dealership is extremely difficult. I DO NOT reccomend purchasing a vehicle here, especially a Kia.
I trust Lujack Smart KIA completely. Rik, my service representative is straight forward and does a great job. I've used Des Moines KIA (so-so) and Mission KIA in the Rio Grande Valley where I live, (they are incompetent and don't respond well), but Lujack Smart KIA is clearly the best.
1st service was free. Saved me $100. In and out in 30 minutes.
Very Professional, Friendly and Knowledgeable Service Staff. The Sales Team are as well. Clean, Comfortable Waiting Room. Fast Service, too Highly Recommended!!!
