I'm only rating this only as customer service - when a customer comes in for only a oil change and leaves hearing noises that wasn't there when he checked it in - i called upset about the noise but Bridget the customer service tech was being rude cutting in while i was talking and than hung up- than going in the second time so they can fix it - she was still rude and told the manger if she could stop talking to me and also have some eles over looking my car - the tech was great but the customer services tech was one of the w... read more

Started off rough with a bad experience, but after speaking with the service manager and some additional training on N models everything was rectified. Much better service this time and went above and beyond to make it right. Will definitely continue using Smart for service in the future!
Would not do service on my car due to "Hyundai only does oil changes at 8,000 miles", at 6,000. Even though the N cars have a service interval of 6,000 in the app, on their website and inside the owners manual. Hyundai's site also explicitly states they do complimentary service at the factory intervals yet apparently Smart doesn't abide by. Will be taking this up the chain.
