Took my car there today at 9:45 am for an oil change and an AC diagnosis. It would blow out of all vents, face, feet, front, rear, all of it. Although it would only blow out cold if I were driving at higher speeds (on the interstate) otherwise it was hot. Asked for a rental and they said they didn’t have any. We didn’t leave there until 3:15 pm. They said it was the AC control module. My kids and I went to get in, and it is now stuck on defrost. It won’t blow out anywhere else. The amount of incompetent people they have working here is astounding. My car was stolen and taken to their shop March 21. I didn’t get it back until June 10. They had me come up to point out sounds after they sent it home and it started smoking as soon as I pulled in my driveway. They didn’t know what the hell they were doing and it shows. I had considered just trading my car in while they had it but I wouldn’t even feel comfortable buying a car from them ever again.
