This is my second post for MB Gilbert as they CONTINUE to show me that they are a business that can be trusted. Last year, I purchased a CPO vehicle from MB Gilbert that ended up having a latent issue. I live 6 hours away, but the service manager was able to coordinate with another dealership to repair and replace the part - even though it was not covered by the warranty. Erin in service is absolutely one of my favorite people! She’s so friendly, easy to talk to, and truly puts in her best effort. Every time I go in for an appointment, I know I’ll be greeted with a big smile, and she always makes sure I'm well taken care of. She really is a gem!
The service manager came out and fixed the problem just like that, with no charges ! Can't beat that.
I've owned two AMG 63 vehicles, and my service experience has been the best due to Keith W. He embodies the true meaning of advisor, always looking out for my best interest, ensuring quality work is done on my vehicle every time!
