The high review is primarily for my customer manager, Carlos Mendoza, and the management of the center, including Jeffrey, who helped resolve several issues, rather than for the BMW service experience itself. I recently moved to the area and this would be the closest BMW service location. I have tried calling multiple times on different days to get an appointment/pricing info and no one answers or calls back after leaving a voicemail. Then I read all the bad reviews and it makes sense. I will just find another place.
Carlos was the best service advisor I’ve had in many many years, and I’ve been with the BMW for a long time. So happy I finally found such a great advisor that listens and gets things done the right way! Thank you!
The service of the advisor is always excellent. However I would give a Zero to the front desk customer service Cindy. Why? It’s the third time I receive a poor treatment at the time of payment. She needs to be organized and if my car was ready since yesterday dont tell me is not ready yet and dont tell me you dont have a card reader to collect payment telling the customer that has to wait instead of looking for options.
