What do you think a service center for a $100,000 car should be like? Do I really have to double-check their work after they’re done? Why should I have to go around with a rag wiping down my engine after such "quality" service?
I visited their service center for my car, but unfortunately, they didn’t have a loaner vehicle available. As a result, they offered to Uber me back home. However, when I reached out to them to inquire if they could Uber me back to their dealer I was informed that they were unable to do so. This is quite disappointing, especially considering they are a luxury brand. My sister, who owns a Honda, has had Uber her back to home and they even sent her an Uber to return to the dealership.
