I never thought I’d be writing something like this about BMW. I brought my X5 to BMW Pembroke Pines for a recall, thinking I was in good hands. A few months later, I got a nail in my tire and tried to replace it — only to realize that my spare tire and the entire tool kit were gone. Completely missing. I was shocked.
