Ramon trull has excellent customer service. Within meeting him in seconds I can tell he is perfect for his job.
It says it’s open till 5:00PM on Saturdays l called at 4:45 and their automated system said it’s closed. Not a good service at BMW service department.
I came to BMW Pembroke Pines for service after discovering a screw in my tire, already having a pretty stressful day and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Carol completely turned things around for me. She was incredibly reassuring. She took the time to explain everything and handled the situation efficiently. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! Terrible inspection of wear items and moving parts of the vehicle. I have always serviced my car at this dealership and believed I could trust them to properly inspect it and warn me when parts needed replacement. That’s the whole reason I went there — to be confident my car wouldn’t break down on the highway.
