Incredible service experience! Big thanks to Allison (Service Guide Extraordinaire) Sam (Certified Land Rover Technician Extraordinaire), Shane (Fixed Operations Manager), Chris (Shop Foreman) and Socorro (Certified Land Rover Technician) for all of the help and diagnosis on my 2013 LR4. Outstanding people with experience work here!
Appointment was prompt, loaner available, they took excellent care of the vehicle, got everything sorted out, detailed it and returned it. Part availability and shipping quality is a problem, waited about a month to get the necessary parts. Not the dealers fault, but LR needs better domestic stocking.
Daniel in the service center is amazing, I will not lie in my reviews I have had quite a few people that pretty much tell me your out of luck people that worked there but after dealing with him he made me feel apart of the “Range Rover” family and was VERY honest with me and took into consideration obviously day to day life and need to get my car in.
