As always I had a great experience with BMW Tigard service center, my service advisor Aura was super friendly, professional and made the whole process super easy from start to finish! Special shoutout to Audra as she genuinely cared about making sure everything was taken care of and kept me updated thoroughly the service process,answered all my questions. I’ll definitely be back!
Service and staff are A+, 10/10 experience
Don’t bother taking your car in for BMW service. They will charge you extreme prices and then not even suggest you repair a part that has a known failure. Stay away and take your car elsewhere. Plenty of other trustworthy service centers in the area.
Such an elevated experience compared to anywhere else I’ve been. These folks are pros pros - and the waiting area is awesome too.
