Don’t bother taking your car in for BMW service. They will charge you extreme prices and then not even suggest you repair a part that has a known failure. Stay away and take your car elsewhere. Plenty of other trustworthy service centers in the area.
Such an elevated experience compared to anywhere else I’ve been. These folks are pros pros - and the waiting area is awesome too.
BMW Service - Kudos to Service Advisor Caleb B for taking great care of me. I drove down from SW WA, never having interacted with this dealership/service center before. Frankly, I was a bit fed up with my prior experiences at BMW of Portland, and decided to call in a necessary repair to BMW of Tigard instead.
