The service manager at this location were great in identifying the problem with my vehicle. He was considerate and kind with me, and provided updates while they were working on my Accord. It made it very easy to wait for my vehicle to be fixed. This was one of the best service experiences I've had.
While driving through town on my way to San Diego in my 2011 Honda Civic, I experienced some brake issues. Was thoroughly impressed with the quick diagnostic and replacement for my brake lines. No bs, the guy just did it for me and charged a very fair rate. I’d challenge anyone to tell me of better hospitality and work offered by a mechanic.
I brought in my HRV short notice while passing through the area on a road trip. I don’t know if it’s just rural hospitality or this specific location but the experience couldn’t have gone better. I was in and out quickly and the service manager took special care of my requests.
Nick Fanlon provided an amazing experience from start to finish! Hands down the best service I've ever received and I'll be coming back here every time I need service going forward
