Please don’t go to this disgraceful service center. They denied me warranty work at less than 10k miles, and told me to wait until after 12k miles to get my first oil change. Your first oil change is only free if it’s within the first 12k. You can see why I would recommend not going to such a disgraceful place.

I took my 2020 Honda HR-V into Holman for service. The car has 60k miles, which is still low for Honda. I’m the second owner and it’s in pristine condition. I brought it in for a simple engine oil and transmission fluid change. The service department was extremely busy with customers in and out and I wound up having to wait at the dealer for over 2 hours, despite the fact I had scheduled an appointment almost a week prior.
