I took my 2020 Honda HR-V into Holman for service. The car has 60k miles, which is still low for Honda. I’m the second owner and it’s in pristine condition. I brought it in for a simple engine oil and transmission fluid change. The service department was extremely busy with customers in and out and I wound up having to wait at the dealer for over 2 hours, despite the fact I had scheduled an appointment almost a week prior.
