Worst decision ever was to lease from Audi. The sales associate was amazing however their service department is trash. They do not answer, once you do get in contact with them they give you false time period in which they will call you back to give you a quote and get you scheduled. When you have to call back to follow up they just say they are to busy. I regret buying.
Seth at Shawnee Mission Audi is consistently excellent. He is always polite, responsive, and professional, and the service I’ve received has been great as well. From new tires to having paint removed from a fender, everything has been handled smoothly and with great attention to detail. Communication is clear and timely, and I always feel confident my vehicle is in good hands. Highly recommend working with Seth and the technicians there!
Teresa Holt, the Service Manager at Audi, is truly incredible! She went way above and beyond to help me with my car, and it was super clear that she genuinely cares about the person, not just the bottom line. Honestly, folks like her are super rare these days, so she's definitely the best – a total standout!
Excellent service! They worked me in on a Friday and had my car ready to go for the weekend with great communication. Highly recommend!
