I was traveling and in need of an oil service. I made an appointment and arrived at the dealer early. Seth Pecina realized I was waiting on the car and he personally managed the process as efficiently as possible to get me back on the road ASAP! GREAT JOB TEAM!
I was greeted by Seth. My service advisor. He was great. Then I received an awesome video from Sabrina telling me my 2022 Q3 is in great shape and she did my 10k mile check up. I even had a good from call with Kiley or Kailey when I scheduled my service. She also noticed there was a recall on my vehicle and got me scheduled. Thanks for everything guys! Great service all the way around.
