About 5 years ago, I stopped using this shop because of poor service; heavy upselling and trying to bilk me for work on a vehicle I had just driven off the lot. (My 2nd Audi at this location) Sales clearly knew about issues with a used vehicle that were not disclosed to me; the service advisor I was assigned was happy and eager to call and try and charge an arm and a leg for work I never knew I needed. There is 1 1 star review bombing the score, this place is awesome everybody that works the desks are friendly and very helpful. Richard was my mechanic/tech who did an amazing job on the car.
Audi Service Center at Audi San Diego continually surpasses my expectations. German cars will always have German car problems, but the team here continually pushes forward with ensuring the best experience possible. My experiences with Damien, Binan, Gustavo, and Shannon have been very positive, and the team continues to proactively make sure my car is well taken care of.
