We had a great experience with ServiceCart and its technician, Ahmed, who is professional, amiable, knowledgeable and honest. He explained that our HVAC capacitor was going bad, transparently showing us the problem. Rather than try to pressure us into buying a new one, he said we could continue to use it until it failed if we preferred but it would be prudent to replace it to avoid any problems, and that's what we did. Ali, the manager/owner, was also very helpful in dispatching a technician quickly. Great, honest company.
Service cart provided excellent customer service, prompt reply and reasonable price for the replacement of my entire HVAC unit. They also provided a portable window AC to cool our house down. The HVAC broke when it was 96 degrees outside so we were grateful for the respite. Thank you Mr. Ali and all the folks at Service Cart. Much appreciate.

I'm so surprised that they have so many good reviews. They could not get anything right when we contacted them. We had a warranty on our unit from a previous owner, which they refused to honor because we are different people, however, the warranty was on the unit and their workmanship on the unit. Furthermore, we had an extremely difficult time actually even getting them to come to our condo.
