Hello, I am a resident at Willow Creek Condominiums in Palatine, IL. I am writing to you to complain from Service Building Maintenance Inc. - the company who cleans the outside windows of our building. I was home when I saw one of the employees completely destroying the beautiful hydrangea bush planted infront of my patio. The employee did it out of anger because the bush made it difficult for him to place his ladder.
