I asked this company to repair my washing machine as I had no time to do so myself. The agitator was worn out and needed replaced. Upon removing the old agitator they broke the bolt off in the shaft and didn't say a word. They installed the new one without securing it I left a broken bolt in the shaft. Needless to say the agitator fell apart again. They didn't bother to clean underneath the agitator prior to installing a new one. Then they charge me half the price of the washing.

I called service bros to fix a leaking washer. Everything still works, but occasionally there is water that comes out the front left side at the top of the washer. They told me it would be $125 for diagnosis, cost for any parts, and $64 to fix it. The servicemen showed up on a Friday and the washer. He was there less than one hour and said the only thing he could see was that the drip pan in the back was faulty and he would get a new part. Brad Reynolds’s serviced my dryer today. When I made an appointment on Friday evening they fit me in the following Monday afternoon. . It was a simple belt issue causing smoke and the drum to slow down. He took the time after fixing the belt to clean out all the lent and just to make sure there was nothing further, he took the backing off and double checked the coil packs and whatever else is back there. Great experience. They called in advance to let me know they were on the way. Found the problem and had to order a part but gave me a time frame of when it would be in. They did exactly what they said in the time frame given and my washer is fixed. Quick, honest, and respectful. I would use them again and recommend them.

We had a wonderful Experience with service brothersAppliance repair. They were very communicative fast and very reliable. I also love how they come with a warranty. I also felt safe having them inside of our home. We will definitely be using them again!
