The very first thing that impressed me about this appliance repair company was simple — they actually answered the phone. No voicemail. No waiting hours (or days) for a callback. A real person picked up right away and was able to get me scheduled for the very next day. That alone sets them apart from so many companies today. I asked this company to repair my washing machine as I had no time to do so myself. The agitator was worn out and needed replaced. Upon removing the old agitator they broke the bolt off in the shaft and didn't say a word. They installed the new one without securing it I left a broken bolt in the shaft. Needless to say the agitator fell apart again. They didn't bother to clean underneath the agitator prior to installing a new one. Then they charge me half the price of the washing.
We had an excellent experience with Service Brothers! Our oven was showing an error code and wouldn't function anymore. Our technician figured out the problem quickly and easily. After ordering and installing the new part it worked perfectly. It's been a few weeks and the oven is working better than it did when we first moved in. We appreciate the great service we got and we will be using this company again if we ever need appliance repair again.
The gentleman was on time, quick (he knew his stuff), replaced the bad part and had my dryer up and running in no time! He was also very kind and considerate. He was awesome and I would highly recommend this company. I will definitely call him again!
We are anticipating 17 at our home for Thanksgiving and our ice maker decided to stop working. We called Service Brothers after looking them up on line to read so many favorable comments from former customers! I called one afternoon for help and we were immediately set up with an appointment 2 days later for a trouble service call.
