I called service bros to fix a leaking washer. Everything still works, but occasionally there is water that comes out the front left side at the top of the washer. They told me it would be $125 for diagnosis, cost for any parts, and $64 to fix it. The servicemen showed up on a Friday and the washer. He was there less than one hour and said the only thing he could see was that the drip pan in the back was faulty and he would get a new part. We had a wonderful Experience with service brothersAppliance repair. They were very communicative fast and very reliable. I also love how they come with a warranty. I also felt safe having them inside of our home. We will definitely be using them again!
I don’t usually write reviews, but this time I will. I would not recommend this company. We had them out to diagnose our washer. He told us it needed a new motor. We agreed to have him put it in. It took forever to get the new motor ordered and in, then when he put it in, it was a bad motor. So he ordered a second one. Again, it took almost two weeks to get it in from wherever they order from. He came to put it in, and the second motor was bad too. We just asked for our money back cause it was ridiculous. I will NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE! These guys and this company are AMAZING! Friendly staff and treat you like family! I was having locking problems with my washer and they replaced the part as promised. Idk what else the issue was but it still didn’t want to lock after it was replaced. I called them set up an appointment that worked for my family as I work 7 days a week.
