I brought my car in for routine maintenance. Nobody attended to me and I had to get someone's attention at the counter. They tried charging me ~$2400 to replace my whole electrical. They didn't know if it was rodent damage or corrosion damage. When I called later for more detail they would put me on hold or hang up on me mid conversation. I brought the car to the Pasadena Honda service center and they were way more attentive and fixed the single broken wire by soldering in a new one for $500.
