I had this gentleman come out and take a look at my AC problem. He said I needed a new AC Motor after showing me my blades were spinning in reverse, and a new contactor and gave me a price of $750. I bought a new contactor for $30 dollars and googled fan blades running in reverse was a common issue with a bad capacitor. I purchased a new capacitor for $16 and replaced it and the contactor myself for $46. The capacitor fixed my blades running in reverse and no motor was needed. Service beyond my expectations I must say!! where is the 10 star when you need it.. had both of my unit when out I Google ac repair and found A/C Service reach out to sunny and he came out did his diagnostic test found the problem fix the problem, clean the units and also give maintenance recommendations as well
I called service all this morning and spoke with Sanjay. He gave me an estimated time of arrival and reached out to me to let me know he was on his way. He was very professional and made sure I understood what was going on with my AC unit. He took the time to explain what my problem was and showed me how he would be fixing it. Once the job was complete he gave me tips and recommendations on how to heat my 3 level house. Sunny and his brother showed up on time and were very professional. He found the issue quickly explained everything in detail. He told me everything he was doing to take care of the issue. He also gave me great tips on how to take care of my system myself to avoid paying for unnecessary service calls and what signs might mean I have a serious issue. I will definitely use them again if I have issues in the future, and will definitely recommend. Great service and reasonably priced.
