****WARNING***** ****BE CAREFUL AND QUESTION EVERYTHING.....********I called Service Air to fix air condition and for a $12.00 part and 15 minutes to fix they charged me $225.00. When i tried to negotiate the owner and explained that i new how to fix it but i was sick and could not, he instructed the tech to pull the part out and leave....I FEEL FOR PEOPLE WHO DO NOT KNOW THE DIFFERENCE but make sure you request price before the work is completed The $25.00 service call is to lure you in and they charge you on the back end.
I would not recommend this company. On appx 19 June discovered leaky ceiling in garage. Called and they came out and diagnosed clogged drain pan. Appx.17 July discovered 2 seldom used closets with water draining through ceiling. Had extensive water/mold damage. Again diagnosis clogged drain pan. Cleaned drain again and put wedges under drain pan. Next day drain pan half fulld and new diagnosis. Dirty coil and water not flowing toward drain. Main air supply was soaked and dripping water. Awesome staff, very knowledgeable service tech!
This company does not have a local office like it shows on google maps I didn't want to deal with a company that is really located 25 miles away for emergency service.
