I believe our tech was Josh, he did a great job and was in and out after performing installation. I am very happy with my new system, I will be calling them back when my system needs service!
My heat went out right on Friday before the ice storm was about to hit Service First Pros got right back to me early Saturday morning and by 10:30 Noah Perez was at my door to solve the problem. He was very professional and identified the issue quickly. Luckily my unit was purchased through service first pros and he was able to determine the part was under warranty. I want to shout throughout Georgia that Josh G. and Premier Heating/Air Conditioning/Service 1st Pro company is the “Best” in my opinion. I had peppers Heating company for 8 years they were also “excellent’ and had great Customer Service, but they sold to another company and the “excellence” deteriorated too below satisfactory. Carl was a very knowledgeable gentleman with the system. He did everything he could to replace the compressor in my system quickly and professionally. Would definitely recommend service first pros anytime for services.
