STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Dishonest business practices. Intentionally installed a cheaper AC unit. I called Services 1st Pro, and the salesman and I agreed on a 2 1/2-ton AC unit and a brand-new furnace. When the team came out, I noticed the AC was much smaller than the 2 1/2-ton they installed two years ago. Chuck knows what he’s doing and very thorough. A very nice personable guy. Wouldn’t even take a tip. Who does that in this day and age? Finally found a HVAC company I like! (Well, had to let them go. Never made an appt on time always late and seemed to be the last their last appt of day. Said they would refund some money. Never did. Liars.

My heat went out right on Friday before the ice storm was about to hit Service First Pros got right back to me early Saturday morning and by 10:30 Noah Perez was at my door to solve the problem. He was very professional and identified the issue quickly. Luckily my unit was purchased through service first pros and he was able to determine the part was under warranty.
