After having another company come out and give us 2 very different answers to what was going on with our HVAC system (neither of which were correct), we found Service 1st through recommendations on Facebook. Not only did they send out the owner of the company (Silas), but he was so incredibly thorough and walked us through every step of the way, they were fairly priced and kind. As a first time homeowner who was unsure who to call when two technicians from a different company couldn't actually solve a dripping noise coming from an older furnace unit when the AC was running, I can't thank Silas and the team at Service 1st enough.
