Awesome storage facility I would store my boat nowhere else. Love the place. People are friendly polite know what they’re doing hands-down one of the best places I’ve ever stored at.
Do not use this place for service. The mechanic didnt even know theres a power steering cooler on my 5.0 merc. Charge me $185 to look at the ppwer steering and couldnt figure out the problem (which i already told them the cooler). Needless to say i got the boat back and theres cigarette ash all over my carpet and dirt all over as well. They can care less about customer service im shocked they even have any good reviews.
This isn't some stereotypical "used car salesman" joint. Bob, Heather, Matt and his ENTIRE team (and when I say entire team, I mean Dave on fiberglass, Steve on canvas...you get the picture) have made buying my first boat comfortable and easy. Their honesty, thoroughness, responsiveness and eagerness to answer all of my questions (of which there were many) has me excited to be a part of the Service 1 community. Thank you for walking me through this process, and I'm excited to create a lifetime of memories out on the water!
