Bought warmer thermostat and dials. Was sent dials that didn't fit the thermostat (even though on the website, when ordering thermostat, it suggested that dial !). I had ordered to have backup, not for immediate use. When I needed one, was a couple months later. Noticed the dial didn't fit the thermostat. I couldn't return because order was too long ago (4 months later). THEY SUGGESTED THAT DIAL !! Why can I not return, is not like it's food that's gone bad?!
My Server kettle broke. I have never had a better service experience than I did with Server. Jackie guided me through the simple process and we couldn’t be happier with our products and services they provided. Thank you!
