Brinn, the kind customer support agent is so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable! I’ve used this company before to treat the spider infestation at my house, and I am using them again to combat the QUARTER sized spiders that live outside. I love this company because they are always willing to come retreat if I see more bugs. I honestly could write a novel about how much it’s been a pleasure being their customer.

It’s been a great experience the last couple years having Serve Pest Control come spray in and around the house every few months. This time, for instance, I received a reminder days in advance about my upcoming service appointment. Alan texted to tell me when he was on his way, showed up timely and then did a very thorough job. Serve is an amazing company! They've done a fantastic job eliminating any pesky insects trying to invade our home. Their team is always friendly, professional, and punctual. They even send reminders for upcoming services. We've been with them for a year and we're definitely continuing our contract because they're truly worth it!
