I thought I had signed up for something great. My boss recognized the lack of professionalism from the front desk before I did. Latara is rude. Extremely unprofessional. The use of Ebonics when met with an unhappy customer is extremely sad. I told them time and again NOT to charge my card. They seem so desperate for money they did anyway. I would never recommend this company to anyone!

the customer service here is totally at the lowest I've ever had encountered management and the accounts manager victoria are so rude victoria the accounts manager was rude to me do to a refund for cancelations of a service i had requested a month in advance which was company policy she called me and was very aggressive and wouldn't allow me to speak when it was their lack of communication that caused the situation chase bank refunded it thank god!
