I'm still a very satisfied customer of Servcon. They provide excellent responsiveness and service and quality products.
Anthony was most accommodating letting me trouble shoot the thermostat problem with him. After checking connections and cleaning wires, he realized the problem was due to an installation issue and did not charge me for the "no heat" portion of his visit. Anthony showed me what was required to service my furnace and noted several potential issues with the 26 year old Carrier Weathermaster 9200.
