Horrible service! I had an appointment for oil and filter service at 2pm. I arrived early at 1:30pm. I asked the service ADVISOR which license plate light was replaced at the Toyota in town a couple months ago and he stated it was the left one, I told him it was burnt out again and needed to be replaced. It was still under warranty so I didn’t expect to be charged for it. I also asked to have my key fob battery replaced and new wiper inserts installed. Horrible experience. I would never recommend them or Jon/ Scott. Let’s see, where do I begin? I was made to feel badly twice about my credit score, which is very good! Jon was so rude, told me twice it was not excellent! The nerve! He told me most ppl who go in there have exc credit. The sales manager said no when I asked.
