Horrible experience. I would never recommend them or Jon/ Scott. Let’s see, where do I begin? I was made to feel badly twice about my credit score, which is very good! Jon was so rude, told me twice it was not excellent! The nerve! He told me most ppl who go in there have exc credit. The sales manager said no when I asked. This was my second time buying a vehicle from Servco. Maui Enos was knowledgeable about the different cars and took the time to ensure that we found the right vehicle for my daughter. Reid Watanabe from finance was friendly, straightforward and made the paperwork process easy. He was able to answer any questions we had.
