I had the worst experience with a MAN who got ahold of me through the inquiry and claimed to have years of experience, but does not know how to speak to a customer. I did not make an appointment, but I did come an hour before closing to look around and see what we want, and if not busy to talk to us after. He proceeds to rush me over the phone and says to ask questions NOW, instead of trying to speak with me after his deal or tell me to come back. Horrible experience. I would never recommend them or Jon/ Scott. Let’s see, where do I begin? I was made to feel badly twice about my credit score, which is very good! Jon was so rude, told me twice it was not excellent! The nerve! He told me most ppl who go in there have exc credit. The sales manager said no when I asked.
