I can see why this place always has openings for service on such a short notice, compared to the other Toyota service station a few minutes away, where openings are often not till over a month later. I guess people avoid it, and I will too now. I had my car taken in for a safety check. It was not passed because of an issue with my wipers. The “advisor” overseeing my service, (VF), messaged me that wiper inserts will need to be replaced to pass. I brought my brand-new car to Toyota for an unscheduled service appointment, expecting a prompt and professional resolution. This was its first visit to the shop, with fewer than 800 miles on the odometer.
