I'm not sure what happened. But Servaus has become unbearable. I called to see what was going on bc we paid for a nurse to come out for my mom, and they never came. We never got a hold of them.
This company literally disappeared overnight. None of the phone numbers work and the website is gone. They've had no direct contact with me, but with my Mom. They haven't filed claims with the insurance since August (it's Nov). But they have charged my Mom's credit card. She's gets reimbursed by the insurance company, but they don't have any claims since August.
Horrible agency. My grandmother was with this irresponsible company for eight months. One of her caregivers was such a beautiful and wonderful person. The only positive was the wonderful caregiver. This company bounces payroll checks and can’t seem to pay or keep staff. They violated their own contract by pulling out funds for overtime when it was their short staffing problem. Buyer beware. Our experience before finally stopping their service was as follows: invoices were often if not typically inaccurate; they withdrew money from my mother's account before making corrections; they tried to charge us for overtime when the issue was their inability to find staff to cover a shift; when we made a complaint they were hostile and rarely if ever took responsibility; they seem unable to keep staff and the customer is never informed of changes or who to contact when there are problems; and finally, they t... read more
