This agency is horrible. I got charged over $100/hour to make food. When I called their offices to discuss this, they simply hung up on me and refused to answer any more calls. I would not recommend this agency to anyone!!!
I'm not sure what happened. But Servaus has become unbearable. I called to see what was going on bc we paid for a nurse to come out for my mom, and they never came. We never got a hold of them.
This company literally disappeared overnight. None of the phone numbers work and the website is gone. They've had no direct contact with me, but with my Mom. They haven't filed claims with the insurance since August (it's Nov). But they have charged my Mom's credit card. She's gets reimbursed by the insurance company, but they don't have any claims since August.
Horrible agency. My grandmother was with this irresponsible company for eight months. One of her caregivers was such a beautiful and wonderful person. The only positive was the wonderful caregiver. This company bounces payroll checks and can’t seem to pay or keep staff. They violated their own contract by pulling out funds for overtime when it was their short staffing problem.
