I had a good experience with my procedure and the radiologist. Everyone in the office was kind, and the appointment was on time. However, like many people have commented, the billing office has some serious problems. They asked for a $100 deposit before my MRI, which I paid. My insurance later covered the entire cost, so I was owed a $100 refund by Servant. It took over two months and several phone calls to get a refund. Very impressed. Front girl was friendly and greeted us right away and even thought we was nearly an hour early they got me right back. The ultrasound technologists was very friendly also. I don't have insurance but the cash pay price was with in our budget. Definitely recommend!
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! DO NOT do business with this company!! If your doctor refers you to them for imaging, services, ask for a different company. They were only concerned with how many patients they could move through the process.The front desk clerk was rude & stressed. They demanded that I pay them a “deposit” for my visit.
