Front desk receptionist was professional, kind, and caring Lindsay, the MRI specialist technician was fabulous, caring, professional, and compassionate I highly recommend This imaging Center Beautiful, clean office as well
I'm feeling 'generous' in awarding 3 stars. I agree with all the compliments given to the facility and the office staff. My own experience was all positive in regards to the office and the staff - just delightful! However I'm really disappointed at the lag time for results from my seemingly simple xrays. After the first full day passed, i was concerned. Pain was getting worse. After the test results didn't show up the next day, I called the facility and was told their typical turnaround on xrays is about 4 days. I confess to... read more
From the referral to completion was less than a week, and everyone was great! I see why my doctor chooses them for imaging.
This place is refreshingly personal, caring and welcoming to patients. From the front desk staff to the radiology techs, they are professional and respectful!
I asked for a shield before my lower back X-ray and was told my breast would not be included and therefore didn’t give me one. Yet, the technician protected herself by stepping behind the protected area for herself even though her breast weren’t going to be included. If it was 100% guaranteed safe, why did she take precautions?
