Staff friendly, professional. Made sure I was comfortable thru the whole test
This location was as rude as it was incompetent. They had no idea how to handle my medicaid and while that was annoying it was nothing compared to them placing my name on a CD and telling me "Thank you youre all done" when i hadnt even had my exam at all and i dont know whose info was on that CD they handed me but it wasnt mine. I was required to pay half up front and set up payment arrangements for the remainder before I even had the scan performed. I then found out I didn’t qualify for that particular scan, but did receive a less expensive scan. I contacted them about a refund after noticing that they were still processing the payment plan amounts. They said my account was noted for over payment but I had a different scan through them a few months later. They said insurance hasn’t paid that yet so they couldn’t refund me until that is covered.
