The 2 stars are not related to the service, we hired them because we had ants inside the house and after a couple of visits (about 4 months) the ants were gone, so is not the service what we are unhappy with. The problem is, after the last visit I contact them to make my payment I was told the nonpayment was due. Today I got a call from a collection agency letting me know that I owed Servall the money. I contacted the office to ask them why, I was told I owe them from last year, I try to make may payment but they charged me ... read more
Although I’m biased, I feel like I have the best technician (Tanya ) Servall has on their team. Tanya’s determination and professional approach, enabled her to get control of the ant issue. She made herself available and initiated different methods, until she found the one that alleviated the problem. To top it off she followed up, to see if additional servicing was required and for that I’m truly grateful. Great job……
Beware of some of their drivers. Had one try to run me off the road and then laugh about it. Hate to think how he would treat my property with that little of regard for my vehicle.
