Was out at the store shopping and came across a young lady by the name of Alexis Peoples and she was working with a few of consumers, and she was doing an awesome job. I greeted her in the store, and she was handling her job so well. I asked her the company she worked for, and she told me, so I'm leaving this review because it's not many people like her out here in this industry accurately assisting individuals with developmental disabilities. She gets a A+ on work ethics in public settings :)
I tried to use SERV but my abuser was not a romantic partner, but my landlord so there was nothing other then counseling they offered me they left me in the house with my abuser they gave me the run around and told me to keep calling different numbers all with the same non helpful answers.If your abuser is not a romantic partner i would not bother to call SERV.
Clients are well taken care of and protected as long as they keep paying the bills. Clients have been allowed to strike staff, pick up knives and threaten staff and others with impunity. Staff on the other hand will be fired if they get between revenues gained and Clients. The most ridiculous leadership imaginable from top to bottom.. All the better employees have moved on...
Fails to call back over 2 years for my medical records and refused to return the SSI money. Left me in a moldy apartment with sever asthma amd transfer their apartments to Innovative Life of New Jeresy who happened to be half the corrupted management that was fired due to a state investigation back in 2014
