I'm 70 years old and have struggled with hearing loss since birth, and then made it worse at 15 years old in a diving (under water too deep too fast). Even went through some speech therapy after starting school. Dr. Nahlah Floyd, Au.D is truly a hidden gem! She is a compassionate doctor that is empathetic, patient-centered, attentive, and knowledgeable. She combines clinical expertise with human kindness, acting as a dedicated, trustworthy, and gentle caregiver who listens actively and makes patients feel safe and truly heard. I personally saw her interact with toddlers as well as older adults and she treated each one as if they were her own family members! Highly recommend Dr. Floyd!

My 98 year old mother purchased her first set of hearing aids from Dr. Kreps when she worked at the Homewood location. Mom has always received good care and advice from Sertoma's audiologists and most recently from Dr. Kreps. I recommend Dr. Kreps, Sertoma and the entire staff.

This is my first time as a new patient with Sertoma. Dr.Tom is very thorough with his patients going over everything about hearing aids suitable for my hearing loss. He also is patient while waiting for insurance to work through their end giving them time and continuing conducting test and consultation all during our visit today. I recommend Dr.Tom to other people.
