I had a very unpleasant experience with the woman working at the front desk. When I scheduled my appointment, I was told it was at 11:30 a.m., and I wrote that time down. When I arrived, I was told that my appointment was actually scheduled for 11:00 a.m. I did not receive a reminder notification asking me to confirm the appointment time, so I understand that there could have been a misunderstanding regarding the scheduled time. Wonderful place to get your ears tested and get hearing aids. I am 82 and finally able to hear people clearly and listen to tv without blasting it! The staff is wonderful, especially Dr. Tim. They work with your insurance and are much more reasonable than other places.

I'm 70 years old and have struggled with hearing loss since birth, and then made it worse at 15 years old in a diving (under water too deep too fast). Even went through some speech therapy after starting school. The part that's worse is I was too embarrassed to deal with it, i.e. refused to even try hearing aids. 12 years ago my hearing challenges became more problematic after my employer was acquired by a much larger corporation and we were required to attend multiple in-person meetings per day. Dr. Nahlah Floyd, Au.D is truly a hidden gem! She is a compassionate doctor that is empathetic, patient-centered, attentive, and knowledgeable. She combines clinical expertise with human kindness, acting as a dedicated, trustworthy, and gentle caregiver who listens actively and makes patients feel safe and truly heard. I personally saw her interact with toddlers as well as older adults and she treated each one as if they were her own family members! Highly recommend Dr. Floyd!
