0 stars if possible, stay away at all costs! I had asked them if they could fix some filter clips for my restaurant. The technician gets there and says he can't do the job. That apparently he was there to measure and sell some filters. I call the office and the manager says that was written on the notes for the call and blames miscommunication on both of our ends. Horrendous and will follow up if I am charged for this abomination
Called them out to repair an Imperial oven . Tec got here and spent an hour diagnosing the oven , only to tell me parts were not available . Then charged me 200 dollars for absolutely nothing ! Not small busines or any business friendly . I did have them repair a southland , which was pricy but it’s fixed . But owner was not willing to meet me any way on the 200 dollar labor charge on an oven that they can’t even repair. I’m now newbie to the industry either ! These guys tried to run my wife and I off the road for passing them while the driver was on his phone. After that, they continued harassing us until we managed to maneuver away. Interesting that so many of these reviews are about reckless driving. When someone is killed by one of your trucks these reviews are going to be read aloud in a courtroom and you will deserve everything coming to you.
