Pésima atención al cliente. Estuve llamando durante horas para conseguir una cita médica para mi esposo, que necesitaba atención urgente, y la recepcionista nunca quiso atenderme correctamente. Me hizo esperar varias veces, no devolvió las llamadas, dio excusas contradictorias y mostró una actitud grosera y poco profesional. El doctor es bueno pero las recepcionistas son pésima te tratan como basura es imposible agendar una cita por teléfono cuando contestan después de tenerte una hora en espera te tratan mal
Bueno hace tres año q me atiendo en esta clínica con el doctor serru y para mí es muy buena atención muy agradable y muy profesional
I’m calling for several days trying to speak to somebody for an appointment and they NEVER answer the phone or call me back as the automatic sistem promise. But the web site says 24/7 calls….. YEAH RIGHT….. even in works days they never pick the phone !!!!
