They did not let me know that they had closed their office in Hanford down. I came to my daughter’s appointment to find out they had closed the office without calling or letting me know. Very unprofessional.
During my appointments and consultations, Dr. Serrins was very professional, courteous and addressed all of my concerns. The reason for the 1 star, is because of the incompetence of the staff. In addition, they were unprofessional, behaved with discord and I was treated as if I were a peer. They were the complete opposite of Dr. Serrins. The impression they gave out was, once they were paid for services, that your worth as a customer, was no longer valued. I thought long about this before writing this review.
