During my appointments and consultations, Dr. Serrins was very professional, courteous and addressed all of my concerns. The reason for the 1 star, is because of the incompetence of the staff. In addition, they were unprofessional, behaved with discord and I was treated as if I were a peer. They were the complete opposite of Dr. Serrins. The impression they gave out was, once they were paid for services, that your worth as a customer, was no longer valued. I thought long about this before writing this review.
