I am extremely disappointed with the way Serrento Apartments particularly the leasing manager, Kristina, has handled repeated incidents during designated quiet hours. JD Property/Sorrento Apartments, Allow anyone including even tenants that live on the property to trash pick through the trash bins. This has been happening for many years and not anything is done about the issues. When concerns were raised to Kristina Martinez that this often occurred in the early morning hours and raises both privacy and safety concerns for my household.
