They did an amazing job on my truck. The whole process was a breeze, and it was in and out in a matter of hours. prices were very reasonable. I'll be dealing with them for any and all of my needs on the future. highly recommend this company
Serrato Signs were the lowest cost available in the ********* area for the type of sign we needed. They did a grat job. The only complain is that Andy clearly told us a price including the tax to give us a brake and for the price to fall in our budget. At the end, he said he didn't remember the conversation. Great people, awesome quality, but get quotes in writing before leaving so at the end they don't change the story.... My fault for not getting things in writing....

All signs are taxable per Massachusetts law. I told this customer to do what he felt was fair paying the final invoice. In the end we gave him a good deal and he is happy with our product as are many of our customers. I remember telling him I would do it for the agreed price of....... plus tax. I am sorry that in the end that we gave the best price, he is happy with the product and he felt he had to do this. 77 year family business and never had this happen.
