I had the most AMAZING 90 minute Signature Massage by Dante at the Serrano Spa. Totally top notch-worth it. I frequently get massages locally at various places, but I have NEVER had such an AWESOME massage. Dante is fabulous. The best massage ever!! Spent the rest of the day enjoying the spa and all of the amenities. The staff was very attentive and quite courteous. The green smoothie was delicious. The relaxing chairs and sauna and showers, etc. was all wonderful. But the meat and potatoes of my experience was the massage. ... read more

Had a facial here months ago and was too rough. Facialists need to be more gentle. Facility itself was nice.
This place it's built very nicely with everything in mind. The pool is great. The sauna and steam rooms are really good. But the staff sucks and the Mrs. Are really bad. The most important thing in any massage place is. The actual masseuse and the massage and they're really bad at it.But the place is absolutely beautiful and that's why you can go with it and take a look at it but don't get a massage because they suck
