They deny receiving a return that was left in the office and verified by UPS. So now I'm out $1697.00 Beware of this company. Manager was very hard to deal with and refuses to help.

I have ordered printers and supplies for my printers from Serrano Rey and they have gone above and beyond to get us our equipment. Carlo was extremally helpful in the sales process and getting us the equipment. Our first order was last year and COVID really messed up the shipping process. But as soon as he could he personally drove it up to us. Now a year later he has helped us out getting some more paper for our printers. Thank you a lot for your help and great salesmanship.
