The doctors and staff are wonderful. We choose to drive 35 mins to the office for each apt and when I signed up I specifically told the lady I’m glad both my boys could come at the same time...little did I know they would be on different treatments that are not on the same schedule. So I make double the drive each time �. The Chandler office only uses the old technology. Only the Phoenix office uses the most up to date technology and devices. Dr. Serrano and his Staff are absolutely amazing. Everyone in the office are so pleasant to the patient's and their family. Truly thankful for Dr. Serrano to be treating my Daughter.
Dr. Serrano and his team have been extraordinary through this interesting adventure of having to get braces again as an adult. A changed bite required them and he has been a wonderful professional throughout the long journey. He's thoughtful about the best steps to take, has great technology and processes to be as exacting as possible, and the team there is equally skilled and supportive. I'd recommend this team to anyone - for kids and big kids like me!
