I have had two healthy deliveries with Doctor Serrano and currently seeing him with my third pregnancy. I have recommended him to two friends who have also had deliveries with him. His staff is great and a ton of help. Doctor Serrano always answers my questions, discusses my concerns, and one time allowed me to wait a large amount of time for my husband for an ultra sound without rushing me. The wait times are sometimes long but is worth it.

Best solo practice If you are in the San Antonio area and looking for a OB/GYN with experience, you need to meet Dr. Serrano. He took care of me very well and carefully during my two pregnancies, both were high risk because I have history of ectopic pregnancies in the past. He is always so acurate in his diagnosis acompanied by a good mood. He always answered all my questions and explained my concerns, facts and risks straight out, very honest and professional. His staff just shines, they are

Excellent experience with Dr. Serrano! Great staff && neat clean office. I feel very comfortable going to him...no matter how big or small my concerns may be, he always takes the time to answer every one of my questions. Highly recommend!!!!
