I had an unfortunate experience while making a delivery. I accidentally delivered the wrong order to the wrong customer. Within about two minutes, I realized the mistake, went back inside, and politely explained the situation so I could correct it. We had an amazing experience with everyone on the Serrano team. We redid the entire second floor, changing it out from carpet to hybrid hard surface flooring. I absolutely loved working with Angel, Melissa, and their family. They paid close attention to every detail, communicated clearly throughout the entire process, and went above and beyond to ensure we were completely satisfied. Absolutely the BEST customer service! Thankfully they had the same flooring to replace existing after a flood. The flooring they carry is beautiful. They are super responsive and helpful and even ordered two pieces of tile that accidentally were broken by the flooring installers -- working with Serrano and my insurance company have been a dream. USE THEM! Such a better experience than the big box stores.
